BorgoCiro Company built on a panoramic hillock, dominated by the mountain “Capita”, natural and wild reserve of Mediterranean scrub. It is about 8 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea. The Sangiovese, an ancient vine from central Italy, makes up 70% of the 3,660-acre vineyard vines (Sangiovese, Barbera and Petit Verdot), planted in 2006 exactly in the same place where the old settlers successfully cultivated the vine. Here they produce about 5,000 bottles a year.
